Sinfull bakery is a small batch bakery creating everything from scratch, using ingredients that are free of dairy, eggs, honey, and all other animal by products. We use organic and local products when available and believe in promoting a healthier, green-friendly lifestyle.
How Sinfull Bakery Started
Sinfull Bakery did not just start as a hobby for its owner and baker, Brittany-Dylan, it started as a desire and a passion to create alternative and great tasting baked goods. Brittany-Dylan has been a vegetarian for most of her life and is allergic to dairy products, which is a problem for her ever growing sweet tooth.
After college and before she headed to graduate school to become a therapist she traveled for two years volunteering and doing environmental work. Three months before she was to leave for graduate school she decided that life was too short and she knew what she really loved doing. So, she packed up her small beat up truck and drove from the mountains to Portland, OR. While there she talked her way into an internship at a well know vegan bakery. With in a matter of weeks she knew she had to bring vegan baking back to her home town of Houston, TX. So she got a pen and paper and start creating recipe after recipe until she had compiled two full notebooks of vegan goodness. Once again she packed her truck and drove across two snow storms, making it back to Texas in three days. With no sleep and two books of untested recipes she hit the kitchen. Forty minutes later and dozen oatmeal raisin cookies she took her first bite…SINFUL was all she could think, feel, and taste. After eating half a dozen oatmeal raisin cookies SINFUL became SINFULL, thus Sinfull Bakery was created.
As Sinfull Bakery continues to grow we will continue to make delicious vegan baked goods that vegans and non-vegans will enjoy eating, sharing, and most of all experiencing that sinfull bite time after time!
